Studies have reported that grape seed affects the blood's clotting ability and may alter the effects of these medications and possibly the dose needed for treatment. Use with caution.
These drugs include aspirin, dipyridamole, anagrelide, cilostazol, clopidogrel, ticlopidine, abciximab, tirofiban, eptifibatide .
